Galaxy Z Fold 3 Lost in Transit - Zero Communication from Support

I placed a pre-order for Z fold 3 on 17 August directly through Samsung online. The phone was shipped on 02 September and the tracking number have not had any movement since 03 September.

I have called Samsung support phone number 4 times since 07 September to 13 September and every time i call, someone promise me that Backoffice will call to give me an update on where my package/phone is. As of 14 September i have received ZERO call back from Samsung

I have also send an email to online support email address about 5 days ago but have not received a single response.

I paid for a phone about a month ago, which it seems now lost in transit, even after my numerous effort to find out what happened i have not been given a single solution...

To say that i am disappointed is putting in lightly, lack of customer support from Samsung is appalling.

I really hope this will be noticed by a senior manager to take action, not just to resolve my missing phone order but also to improve support/communication from Samsung.

Have you tried contacting Star Track as well?

Mine left Samsung on the 2nd, but Star Track sat on it until the following Monday.
