Hi Samsung Admin. I'm still waiting on your response on the issue of not being able to add apps to the never sleeping apps list without it being optimised first. The error report was originally sent via my Note 10+. It's the same with my Fold 3. I am guessing it's a software issue.
Would love to receive feedback on how this can be solved. Thanks.

Hi @Kombatsd, thank you for bringing this to our attention. I can see your last response was replied to by our team. Please send through a new error report detailing how the troubleshooting steps provided did not work, and attach log data for our team to analyse.

Hi Laura. The last response I had was your development team is still looking into it. There has not been a fix it message received. Has the issue now been put to the back burner as Samsung can't explain why and sort the issue?
