One UI 6.1.1 - GIF maker + Custom Screenshot?

Hello, I recently updated my phone's One UI to 6.1.1 but I suddenly can't find the GIF maker and custom screenshot (the one that lets you screenshot only a portion of your screen) from the quick access tab/menu? I downloaded additional tabs for it but still couldn't find the exact one! Let me know if you know where to find it or enable it again.

(I know that we can screenshot the usual way and it'll give us an option to select something but it's not the one I prefer. I regret upgrading if it means losing these features.) 

++ adding a screenshot of it from my other phone, it also lets me capture oval screenshots and use it as png!
