Over samsung and their warranty. They don't sort anything. Trying to chase a refund now after a z fold 6 I had for 11 weeks they eventually replaced as a gesture of goodwill because the sim cards kept failing in only that phone. But they replaced with a fold 5 after 4 weeks of spending hours every week on chat or phone calls to them but now just ignoring everyone. Say they are sorry and will call back but never do anything. They are hopeless.

With the difficulty of dealing with this I've actually been considering going back to iphone unless there is a good android company that does actually deal with warranty issues.

I'm sorry to hear that but I've had maybe even worse experiences with Apple Customer Support. If you're looking for an Android OS still i would recommend maybe Oppo or a Pixel.

They now ignore 2 of the reference numbers and say that it was a good will gesture replacement as a faulty sim card read is not classed as a faulty phone.

But now i don't have a phone. Because samsung are just playing with me now and not actually attempting to resolve the issue and can't even get a refund now.
