Pre-ordered the Z Fold 6 on the launch day, stuck on 'order accepted'

Same old story. Samsung customer service is getting lower and lower every year. I ordered the fold 6 right after the launch. The delivery was supposed to be on the 22nd of july but it's still stuck on 'order accepted' 

Tried calling and chatting with the Samsung reps but they are no help. The reason they gave me was " it was held because of verification". What verification? I have ordered numerous products over the years through the same id and used the same card. 

So now I have paid $2700 and there is no one who can tell me what's wrong with the order. Very very disappointed Samsung

Yes excuse was the payment verification with back office. I told them that payment went out of my bank and I got the confirmation email as well.

Can they actually do that? I'm hesitant on placing another order coz the $200 pre-order voucher won't work and the delivery times ordering now will be forever

No point of pre-ordering again if you ask me. What if you go through the same BS again?

Same issue, They called me today and have given me a 24-48 hour period to dispatch my phone. If they don't dispatch it within this timeframe, I will contact the ombudsman to report the issue and take further action. I am suggesting to all of you to do the same if they tried to cancel your order.

This is very pathetic. It should not be allowed to operate like this. They took our money on 12th July and now just not delivering goods as promised.
