Pre-ordered the Z Fold 6 on the launch day, stuck on 'order accepted'

Same old story. Samsung customer service is getting lower and lower every year. I ordered the fold 6 right after the launch. The delivery was supposed to be on the 22nd of july but it's still stuck on 'order accepted' 

Tried calling and chatting with the Samsung reps but they are no help. The reason they gave me was " it was held because of verification". What verification? I have ordered numerous products over the years through the same id and used the same card. 

So now I have paid $2700 and there is no one who can tell me what's wrong with the order. Very very disappointed Samsung

Same for me, ordered white 1TB fold 6 on the 11th, received order confirmation and tax invoice immediately, but no update since the 11th, I contacted them on the 22nd, and was told they would get back to me in 7-10 business days, what a joke.

Got a bum fluff email response from their eCommerce Voice of Customer team, WHAT FREAKIN ADDITIONAL CHECKS????

I am getting this same messages for last 5 days. Nothing happening. It must be their system generated auto response.

I dont think it makes any difference. I am getting 2 messages a day but nothing happening to my order.

Same issue. I think it's either a cover as they don't actually have stock for all the orders or they are not wanting to honour any orders with discounts. Like everyone getting the same generic reply. At this point it's not much better than theft.
