I got a replacement Ultra S22 for a malfunctioning Flip 4. However, after three months, the volume button randomly fell off (no drop or damage).
My customer support experience has been terrible (no response, no interest to discuss, etc.) with Samsung implying I did a 3rd party repair and will charge almost $400 to fix. Quick look online had people with the same issue of buttons randomly dropping. Wondering if any one had the same issue here and better handling of the case.
