Galaxy ZHi @devganrishab, thanks for bringing this to our attention. Please send us an error report via the Samsung Members app so that we can investigate this further.
To do so:
Samsung Members > Get Help > Error Report > Applications > describe issue and frequency > Tick 'send log data' > send
We recommend sending error reports within 2-3 mins of an issue occurring to maximise the likelihood of the log data catching any potential issues.

Galaxy ZI have sent the log report the same day but the issue still persist.
