When are we getting the screen replacement program for the green line issue

It started out with 1 line in the middle, last June, after a software update. i know it's because of overheating. But this phone was barely 3 years old. My Note 9 did not have this issue even on its 5th year. I've been using Samsung phones all my adult life and this issue makes me consider other phone brands. the quality isn't there anymore.

My S21 Ultra just had its first green line just now. My phone was not dropped and is not overheating. It just turned 3 years old this May. Have you tried contacting Samsung?

Hi Joizeee,

Sorry to hear about this. Green lines are indicative of a serious hardware problem, usually caused by heat, humidity, or microfractures on your screen. Unfortunately, all phones that sport AMOLED panels are prone to this. I understand that you do everything you can to make sure your phone is not damaged, but things like this do happen 😟

Please bring your device to a Samsung Service Center for diagnosis and repair as soon as you can.

Samsung emailed me, if the technical report of technician is manufacturer defect my request for free of charge will be grant if not, my s21 plus will buried...tsk, tsk
