It started out with 1 line in the middle, last June, after a software update. i know it's because of overheating. But this phone was barely 3 years old. My Note 9 did not have this issue even on its 5th year. I've been using Samsung phones all my adult life and this issue makes me consider other phone brands. the quality isn't there anymore.
