I am so sick of waiting for Android 12 for the Z Fold 3, in fact some countries are on their 3rd update of Android 12, and we can't even get 1 in Australia.
Even in Android 12 is delayed for Australians, we are also stuck with November 1st security updates. Why aren't we at least up to date on the security updates.
This is really poor form by Samsung. Get your act together!
The update releases at different times because of carrier and regional testing. Some countries also have features that others do not. For example @Dolgogi mentioned that Call Monitoring is available in some SEA countries as a feature while in Australia it is illegal.

Why is Apple able to release the newest OS updates across the globe at the same time? Why is Australia never left behind by Apple? Why is this problem unique to Samsung?
I believe what they do, is they complete the update 6 months prior to release. In that 4months they test the update with carriers and more. For example iOS 15 might have finished around March to April but testing wasn't finished until September. It takes a shorter period of time to finish an iOS update because they sell less models.
No other country in the world apart from New Zealand and Australia is waiting for Android 12. Every other country in the world where the SM-926B has released (look it up, it's about 40 or 50 countries) has Android 12 Stop spreading misinformation that other countries are still waiting. Not good enough Samsung
40-50 countries as you claim is not even half of all the world's countries. Africa comprises 54 countries alone.
I'm not spreading any disinformation at all.
As a Fold3 owner, I would like to have seen it released here, but there must be a reason why the January releases scheduled was pushed back to February.
