Vodofone, but I bought my phone directly from Samsung.

is your phone from Telstra ? all my friends who bought their fold 4 directly from samsung (generic non carrier specific model) with telstra/optus sims also received the update.

you can check whether your phone is carrier model or generic samsung model. if everything is XSA, then it's the generic model and should get the update.
