I purchased the Samsung flip phone in early 2022.
Within months, the screen protector was starting to bubble at the fold.
Finally, this led to “screen bleed” and the phone was no longer usable.
December 2022, I took it to your authorised repair centre and the screen was replaced.
Within a couple of months, the same issue occurred, the bubbling around the fold area of the phone and then the dreaded pop sound when closing the phone that led to again to “screen bleed”.
I took it to your authorised repairer again, and I disagree with the outcome of abnormal incorrect use and therefore not covered via warranty.
There are superficial scratches on the phone's edges, as there was the first time, I brought it in for repair. However, this time the repairer has added scratches to the edges, I can only assume from a sharp tool whilst trying to remove the screen.
The screen bleed is in the exact same location as the initial repair, at the fold of the phone.
See photos with green background from first repair Dec 2022/Jan2023, next photos are from August 2023, the identical positions of screen bleed and fold crease/bubbling.

Galaxy ZDon't bother getting them to REPLACE the Screen Protector, it will just start Cracking along the Fold line again in a few months!
I've had my ZFLIP3 replaced twice in 2023, now it's happened again! I want them to give me a REFUND or REPLACE it with a NON FOLD PHONE! But they just want me to take it back to the Repair Centre and said they will "ESCALATE" it They just use that word, like they're trying to help you, but once the Repairer gets your phone they will just replace the Screen Protector, till your Warranty runs out! Then your on your own, and will be Stuck with a LEMON for a Phone!
I'm also in PERTH Western Australia. I think we should all form a Group, and get onto Consumer Protection, and they can Sort this shonky Phone Problems out with Samsung. I have all my previous Repair Invoices when they Replaced the Screen Protector, Photos, of My Phone etc. The worst part is being without a Phone for 10 Days, when it went in for Repairs, and I can't afford to be without my Phone, as I have a Very Sick husband, I had to Call the Ambulance 3 times in December 2023!
Hopefully we can all get some help with this ZFLIP Phone Problems.
