Z Flip 3 one UI 5.1 fail

Updated to 5.1 and now unable to receive incoming calls, it is as if I am permanently on Do not disturb but will ring once after caller calls 3 times and hangs up and displays missed call (do not disturb setting is not on). Help......

Yesterday I did a trial.

1. I used a non-samsung phone which is Android 12 to call my flip4. It has no problem at all.

2.Then I update that non-Samsung device to android 13, the problem occurred.

So the problem is with the update

I took my phone to the Samsung service centre. They told me it is the software issue, so they flushed the system to get the problem resolved (we tested in store when we picked it up). I noticed it has a different model number after they flush the system. But once I went home did the factory reset (because I need to bring the backup to the phone), the problem comes back again. Either they cannot apply a permanent fix or they didn't do the job properly. Either way it is frustrating.

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analyzed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Same with S20 Ultra. Incoming call notifications don't appear only until the call has been missed and when some people tried calling me to test it said call failed. Can see 2 - 3 missed calls with the same number before I receive the call. Its so annoying.

S22 same problem, sent that many data logs its a joke. Have a new phone that will not receive calls, have put phone on 3g which is painfully slow on data but at least receive calls. What a joke
