Since buy my galaxy fold 4. I have never updated my device, due to many of the fold 4s getting stuck in reboot mode. Due to my isolation in rural qld, I couldn't take the chance of my phone not working. In the past 24 I'm unable to turn on my WIFI.. its the same wifi a n d the same phone. That was working 24 hours ago. So my question is. Can samsung make changes to my phone with out informing us? Like when Apple was putting out the update to slow down the phones and make them sluggish so people would buy the new one. Is Samsung pushing fold 6? With minimal improvements from the 4? I went to support.. gave them remote control of my phone. She also could not turn the wifi on. But insisted I update phone. I hung up.. makes me really annoyed when I can't get any support.. nor basic answers..
Can't help you with the wifi, but I have the fold 4 as well, my inside screen protector had a few bubbles on the crease, I don't open it a real lot, but today I opened it and the screen was not working and I have a black line down the crease,I was going to get the fold 6 next week, and trade my phone in, now a week before that it breaks, the timing is so suspicious.
I have the same issue with my fold 4. I called and dis all the troubleshooting they asked for, bar resting ro factory settings as I can't back up easily without wifi. And when I asked about a loan phone if I send it in for repairs as this I my only device I was told that no Samsing do not have loan devices for when they are sent our for repairs.
