Open SmartThings → Jet Bot → Setting
Look for threshold/crossing or carpet options (if available)
2. Report to Samsung
Samsung Members app → Support → Error reports → Robot vacuum
* Or https://www.samsung.com/au/support/contact/
* Describe the threshold issue and request firmware update
3. Temporary Fix
* Add rubber or 3D-printed threshold ramps (files available on https://www.printables.com/)
* Lower cleaning area via map editing to exclude problematic rooms
