Hi, I have a samsung v3 hub and trying to connect aeotec devices on the app it says the hub is not compatible, it actually says its not compatible with anything i try to click connect to on the app. any ideas?

1. Check hub is online in the SmartThings app
2. Update firmware — leave hub powered and online
3. Use “Scan Nearby” instead of selecting a brand
4. Reset Aeotec device before pairing
5. Reinstall app if needed
6. Confirm hub model — should be IM6001-V3P. If you're upgrading from an older hub, that device must be removed from the SmartThings app, then manually reconnect all your smart home devices again.
