Smart lock app

Help! 

I have a samsung smart door lock and I have no idea what app is used with it. The instructions on the box say to download 'samsung smart lock' app but nothing comes up. It also says combatible with smart things but when i scan the QR code on the device, it comes up as 'unsupported'

Do you have this page in smart things ?
If you can't through the qr then let the phone find the device/devices in case reset it if possible

Yes that's what I tried to do and it said qr code unsupported

I will try reset or initialise the devices and restart it as it was just out of the box and do a few tries just in case
