Hi all. Just bought the above smart lock, still packaged and waiting for my door to arrive. I assumed that the entire functionality would be via smart things, but I see a 3rd party app for the wifi capabilities ( with pretty crappy reviews ) If I had known that I may have to rely on a poor performing 3rd party app I wouldn't have purchased it. Before I consider returning it, am I right in my assumptions and does anyone have any experiences so far, good or bad, with the lock and/or the app Zigbang ( i think)

Tried Googling, seems that's the only app that works on that model.
If you open your SmartThings, you will see only 2 door locks from Samsung that is supported, and both not certified in Australia. Weird Samsung.

And when I contact Samsung for assistance...."No that's not a Samsung Australia product, you need to contact 'Digital Door Locks' "
