Battery drain so fast

Can anybody tell me how to fix this **bleep**. I've been struggling trying to figure out how to find a way to fix this. My phone 100% battery level suddenly drop to 75% fastly, sometimes my phone getting hot even I'm not using it. It drain my battery so fast. Please I need your help how to fix this?. I already did restart my phone but it keeps getting back.

Also, try going to Safe mode. To go into Safe mode with the device powered on:
1. Press and hold the power button.
2. Tap and hold Power off.
3. Tap Safe mode.

To go into Safe mode with the device powered off:
1. Press and hold the power button.
2. When "Samsung Galaxy powered by Android" shows, release the power button.
3. When the Samsung or Samsung Galaxy logo appears, press and hold the volume down button. Keep holding the volume down button until the lock screen appears.
4. If you did it correctly, "Safe mode" will appear on the bottom left of your screen.

Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. To update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:
 
Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
 
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
 
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
 
Step 4. Reset your device.
 
 
Codecs are often designed to emphasize certain aspects of the media to be encoded.
 
 
Enable Safe Mode and delete the media codec app or the associated apps in it.
 
Step 1. Tap on the Power icon on the Notification panel.

 

Step 2. Then, press and hold the Power off menu.

 

Step 3. Then, tap on Safe Mode.
 
 
Locate and uninstall the Media codec App.
 
Step 1. Go to Settings.
 
Step 2. Navigate to Apps.
 
Step 3. See those lines at the top of the lists?
 
Step 4. Just click that and Turn on Show system apps. Then, tap ok. Now you look for that specific app.
 

Also, you can submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:

 

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Power/Battery/Charging".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.
