AS for your concern, you may first opt to check and connect the device you're trying to pair with your M12 to another device, and try connecting your M12 bluetooth with another device. Should the bluetooth problem still persist, we suggest that you check should your software version be updated. If not, then go ahead first with the update, then don't forget to do a CLEAR CACHE PARTITION on your device via SAFE/RECOVERY MODE to refresh your system. Lastly, you may also opt to do a NETWORK RESET to refresh your bluetooth.
