Cannot sign in, no phone verification, no back up code

I cannot sign in to my Samsung Account. The phone number registered/used for the verification is now disconnected.
I don't have the backup codes. I never received them to my email address when I first set up the 2 step verification.
Please help!

Your phone (Note20 Ultra 5G) has Samsung Pass which saves your password. I think it got your correct password wrong.

Samsung Pass is not working now as well. All other Samsung apps are not working. They all ask me to sign in.

I think its now impossible to sign in on your account if you don't have access to the mobile number registered on your account.

Backup codes will not be sent in your email, it will be shown after you set up 2FA and will prompt you to take screenshot or copy and save them. I have my backup codes saved in my Notes app.

I think the only way you can retrieve your account is to contact Samsung support and ask them to help you sign in back on your account. You may need to verify your identity for them to help you so prepare some valid IDs.

Yes, I now have sent an email via website's 1:1. I had to create a new Samsung Account using a different email address to get to that page. I await for their reply.
