Gaming hub isn't recording play time

Is it just me? Gaming hub doesn't record my playtime like it used to:

But when i look at device care it does record usage time:

I ready have...

Cleared user data..

Cleared cache and app data..

Uninstalled and reinstalled gaming hub

I noticed that I no longer see a prompt asking me to let gaming hub access app usage data. And I can't find it in permissions setting.

Update November 23 2024

After about 5 or 10 days (last November 21) of using the app, this pop up suddenly appeared and solved everything:

I still don't know why it didn't show up in the first place.

usage data access located in settings > application > tap 3 dot in the top right > special access > scroll down until you find usage data access > find gaming hub and toggle on so gaming hub can have permission to usage data access
