Before, I could only use the condition "when an app is opened". And I had to keep the app open so the actions would stay active/running. Because the actions would stop if I'd close the app. I have to keep Spotify open, for example, to keep the routine running. Because the routine would stop if I would close it or open another app, even if I keep Spotify playing in the background.
After updating to OneUI 6, I can create a routine that would run while music is playing in the background, even if I start to open another app. Now I can do this:
I can now keep the app in the background and open different apps without affecting the volume level.
I've set routines to change volume levels for different locations and time of the day. This new feature will temporarily change the media volume and will revert to previous level after I stop the music.
