Is the update of One UI 4 for A12 (It's on June next year I think) is final? Or it will go earlier or later next year?

Yes, but it could also be earlier than June but still 2022. As the roll out is still on the flagship models as of now.

Some flagship owners are getting theirs earlier, so let's hope you get yours soon before the scheduled date, but more or less the schedule is followed unless there are changes.
