Any idea when is the new software coming to New Zealand? It's crazy we haven't had the update yet.

samsung doesn't care about NZ. I saw that even China samsung officially announced today. They will update one ui 7 for s24 and fold 6 series within this month. China one ui 7 need take extra works as they are not allow using Google services in China. But they still can make it updated within this month. NZ samsung has no updated news at all. I'm really disappointed.

I bought this phone because it was going to get 7 years of updates, it was implied that was 1 update a year, it's now well past 1 year and not 1 update. Samsung needs to update our phones or start giving refunds.

Yeah i paid $2399 for this s24U and it's still way behind on software than even oneplus and oppo. I'm selling this s24 ultra for $1000 online. And never looking at samsung phone ever again.
