one of the possible reasons is that the users might have randomly selected the country on the Samsung Members website and picked Malaysia, little did they know that the community is country specific
the best thing to do is to address their queries with courtesy or by simply reporting the post to community moderator (tap three dots on top right of the post)
One thing I noticed, which I think Samsung needs to correct it. I was in UK before and instead of roaming using my Maxis line, I used a cheaper option, using a local sim for data. Immediately, my Samsung members auto connect to UK region with no possiblity to change back. Only when I enable my roaming and disconnect the local sim then everything goes back to normal. Kind of weird as only Samsung Members app act this way while other apps are all fine.
