The feature is limited to select countries. And it's an annoying thing about Samsung that it didn't give everyone the opportunity to experience advanced customization. Some of the countries where Good Lock is available are South Korea, the United States, India, Canada, some European countries, and a few more.

I had to wait months for oneUI6 to be available for my Aust S22 ultra. But my Tab 8 (Jan 22) was not on any futures list beyond the OneUI3 that it can with.
Then, lo and behold, One UI6 update was made available this week. So, my Tab8 is now running OneUI6 with android 14. But Goodlock is not available. Even Google's finelock is not available for my device. ***?????
just use a googleplay app called Fine Lock. This will bypass the ridiculous geo block for the good lock module apps.
It however asks you to download those modules from apkmirror. but it's safe because the guy who runs it was from android police, and the apks are hash verified, so you know they weren't tampered with, which how you know it has no malware.
THE ALTERNATIVE method,
take out your sim card. Turn on VPN to a country where its NOT geo blocked. Then reboot the phone. Then download good lock, and the modules. Once done, you can put back your sim card, disable your vpn and reboot. the apps you downloaded will remain.
