Others1. SOFT RESTART / REBOOT
- Try to power off your device and wait at least 5 to 10 seconds then turn it back on.
(If still not work try 2nd step)
2. CLEAN DALVIK CACHE / CACHE PARTITION
(DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO YOUR DEVICE)
- Boot your phone into recovery mode
By doing so, here's the steps:
1. Power off your device.
2. Press and hold the Volume UP(+) and POWER BUTTON until the logo appears and release it these button after.
3. Now, when the recovery screen appear, find CLEAN DALVIK CACHE / CACHE PARTITION and select it.
By doing that, you need to work with the device buttons:
VOLUME UP (+) - NAVIGATE UP ⬆️
VOLUME DOWN (-) -NAVIGATE DOWN ⬇️
POWER BUTTON - SELECT
- select CLEAN DALVIK CACHE / CACHEPARTITION (press power button to select)
- then the confirmation appears prompting to clean Dalvik / Partition Cache, then YES. Wait for few seconds.
After its finished, select REBOOT SYSTEM NOW and the device will restart. Done.
Remember to click "Accept as solution" if this method works for you.
