Help with Viu?

Hi, i just bought this brand new phone from samsung's lazada flagship store, but i can't claim the viu perks, I can't see the page where im suppose to click "redeem" and it's not in the benefits/coupons list either. My phone is M12 and it's in the list of eligible devices, please help, thank you!

For those who can't find their viu premium code on their benefits tab, heres a quick instruction that helped me and might help you also:

1. save the qr code attached in my comment
2. install a 3rd party qr code scanner. You can also try to scan it using the samsung camera but it does not work for me. I also attached the app that I used.
3. Scan the qr code using the app. it will show you a link. Click the link and it will direct you to the samsung members app with the viu redemption code. Hope it helps!!
