I have purchased an S22 and am eligible for items as pre purchased before release date. I submitted my redemption email and notice it had been validated however have still not received my promo code. 
Yes I have checked junked mail and still nothing. Everything was submitted on 5th March.

This is secound time they made fun of me . Never send code and they just make fun . They were fast to sell it but very hard to send a cod .

Samsung Customer Care on a rating of 1 to 100 for me this last 2 weeks is a zero. I wish I never purchased my new phone now.
