Samsung Lazada Official Store Scam - Need help!!

Hi, can anyone give me any advice or help me? Maybe a moderator.

I'm a British person living in Malaysia and am shocked by the dishonest and scam by Samsung! I bought a Samsung Galay S24 Ultra from Samsung 'Official Store' Lazada. I thought this was the official store! It said this!

Before I ordered and after I ordered I messaged them to ask if there are any free gifts. I was told that the Galaxy Watch 6 was included as a free gift. I was told this by two agents! 

However, I received it without the watch! I contacted them and they don't reply to messages except to tell me to 'check my order' and phone Lazada.

I should've smelt a scam when they said 'box would be opened' even though it was the 'Official Samsung Store'. How can they claim this if they're not! Samsung must take action!

I am thinking of taking legal action against Samsung for allowing Lazada store to use their name in this scam way, and send me an item without the gifts promised.

Note: The phone was available cheaper by 400rm in another store but I bought from here because 'Official Store' and the watch! If they're not official or no watch, I wasted 400rm! And now the promo in the other store is finished so I can't even order from there!

I'm very disappointed and angry.  I hope a moderator contacts me, solves the problem with the Lazada store an as promised, sends out the Galaxy Watch 6!!

I see that the customer service said 'galaxy watch promotion while stock last'. Mybe the watch already fully redeemed.

I asked numerous times if the stock was there, they said yes, even before I ordered and after. 'While stocks last' is just a way of saying 'no'. They said yes it's available, I ordered within minutes, stocks can't finish that quickly. If so, it's a scam to get customers to order!

The free gift situation here in MY is a bit complicated. Some are sent together with the phone, some are delivered separately, and some require you to submit valid proof of purchase via email to Samsung, etc. My advice is for you to try to contact Lazada CS regarding this 1st. You have your screenshot conversation with store reps, so you might have the upper hand. If they can't properly settle this, you could still request for return and refund. The process will be smoother if you haven't clicked "order received" yet, which indicates the purchase is very recent. Bear in mind that all orders will be automatically set to "received" by Lazada system after some time, so you better act fast.

Yes, that's right. Since he did not click on (received) He can return the item because the box was opened, and the gif was promised is missing.
