I wish I knew. Mine was market as shipped 14 days ago. I never got a tracking number and it hasn't arrived yet. Support was useless, said they didn't know and sent me contacts to the promo team. One hasn't replied for a week and one went to a mail box that apparently doesn't accept mail.
