Clear your system cache. Power off the device, the hold the power, bixby and volume up button. Release the buttons once the Samsung/Android splash screen. Use the volume button to scroll down to "clear/delete cache. Use the power button to select. Confirm you want to clear your cache then reboot once cache has been cleared... If this doesn't solve your problem then backup your device and factory reset your device.
