edge panel

Just realized that I can't use edge panels in one-handed mode. But I don't know if I could before the Beta upgrade either. Does anyone know if this was EVER possible? Thanks

I just tried this and it works just fine on the s10 beta

Anybody have a suggestion on steps that I can take to get this to work? I've already done a factory reset and cleared cache. Thanks
