ERROR

anyone else getting this error when opening most of your apps? After download of 7 I get this error all the time with several apps

everything works fine for me . but maybe uninstalling and reinstalling the usually worked . I had the same problem in beta 3 and once i reinstalled the app worked perfectly fine

did you clear the system cache from the recovery menu?

off topic. nice app btw. I get those emails daily. 👍

I did clear the Cashe.... maybe wwl have to uninstall and re install again. Haven't done that yet. Thanks for your help and love this app❣

Try this ... Settings -> Apps -> YouVersion, Force stop, then Storage-> Clear cache, Storage-> Clear Data

error is gone..... but of course 2 years of highlights, saving scripture and plans read are gone also😔.... at least no more errors

if you have a login account, all your data should be restored.

It wasn't😔....I had to sign back up then it loaded

after 24 hours all my info came back.... weird but good😉. your idea worked
