After installing one ui 2 beta it won't allow me to open my gallery or notes any solutions for this problem

What S10 are you on and what carrier? I'm on the S10+ Sprint. I have not had that problem.

I have but it didn't work and I have a s10+ with T-Mobile

I cleared cache and data to solve this fir gallery. Also check the known issues section and try the solution clearing cache data fir some system apps.
