Not sure if this has been answered before, but cant seem to add any cards or bank accounts to google pay as it claims my phone was either rooted or altered. Im running the beta v3 but when i was on android 9 it worked. Is this an issue with the beta or is google pay the problem?

That's because you are running a beta ROM. When stable Android 10 is released Google Pay will work again.
