Outlook and company portal doesn't work

I can't get the app to open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted phone and nothing.

I use it for work so I need this fixed asap

Is there a workaround for this? 

Does going back to the previous version?

For reference, I have a Samsung Galaxy S21
