Outlook and company portal doesn't work

I can't get the app to open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted phone and nothing.

I use it for work so I need this fixed asap

Also try going to Settings>Help and Feedback. You can contact support through there and they can have you run diagnostics to see what's happening. I'm running Outlook as well, works fine.

I use Microsoft O365 apps as well and it works fine for me.

I have the same issue, it's the Company Portal that hangs up Outlook. I removed the account from Company Portal and where it usually triggered Knox, it hangs. there's something broken in Knox / Device Admin integration in this build. I reported it 3 times, they keep saying it's not Samsung issue. Even Samsung Insights app is not working (it requires Knox too)

same here. something is broken with the Knox interface or Microsoft's integration with android 10. beta team please research this issue to ensure it is not Knox causing the problem.
