themes on content didn't change with the theme

The contract theme has a white background when u go in it. it's doesn't go with the themes that I apply like it usually be before the 1 ui beta 2.0..someone please fix it .. I like when it matches with the themes and now it doesn't..and just did the update the 3 beta and still doing the same 

and this was before the 1 ui beta 2.0 how the theme content looks when it was on the themes when u applied for any themes it went with the themes

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
