I used to trade in one time but still confused. Now I trying to buy product with trade in again in Samsung website they asked me for trade in id, anyone could explain to me where to get id please.

It should be available in your email. If your using Gmail, check your spam and lookup the email noreply-samsungtradeup@asurion.com

I find out now but it said "already been used" that means trade in ID is not forever right? I have to get new id everytime when I trade in?

Yes. The trade in offers expire after a while (sorry, I can't remember how long they are active). You'll need to go through the same process again and get a new trade in ID.

That's right. Every trade in has its own ID.
