Samsung AccountEnsure the device is powered off.
Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons.
Continue to hold Volume Up and Power buttons until the Android Recovery screen appears (about 10-15 seconds) then release both buttons. ...
From the Android Recovery screen, select Wipe data/factory reset.
Select Yes.
Hope this helps :)

Samsung AccountHi @Rosie4Eva, depending on which model, you may be able to factory reset the device to remove all Samsung Account data from the tablet. However, if it is a Google Account, the issue is a bit more complex as Google accounts are protected by Google.
If it is a Google Account, your device will have an FRP lock on it, meaning it will require the password upon restarting. To remove this FRP lock you will have to pay a service fee.
I recommend for you to head into your nearest authorised service centre with your proof of purchase so that we can take a closer look into this. Please be aware that due to our Privacy Policy, your device may be factory reset before being assessed. I highly recommend backing up your device via Smart Switch, OneDrive and/or Google to ensure none of your data is lost.
If you did not receive a proof of purchase, you will need a signed statutory declaration that you are the owner of the device.
