I was just on a live chat with tech support. They ran some tests on my phone to work out why it doesn't detect hdmi.
She didn't find any solution or problem. Advised me to purchase a specific multiport adapter- except this particular samsung adapter cannot be purchased online- anywhere- not even through samsung. It only comes up on an old Samsung page, with no link to purchase.
