Samsung DexI've had a Tab S7+ for a while now, and since Dex on PC isn't available for tablets (for no apparent reason), I've been using the open source software ScrCpy. Which is fine because the tab lets you turn on Dex without an external display.
I have recently bought a Z Fold 4, and tried out Dex on PC, and am surprised at how incredibly slow it is. There is significant latency and noticeable compression, text looks soft and blurry, not crisp. If I bring up scrcpy and compare them side-by-side, scrcpy is significantly more responsive and the image is sharp.
Why is it that a generic third party solution that takes advantage of ADB performs so much better than Samsung's software designed for this very purpose?

Samsung DexHi there, thanks for reaching out. If you think DeX is running slower than it should, I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
