Hi. Just a question (or suggestion) on the daily activity levels. I do vigorous exercise 4 to 5 days a week but it's not healthy to do it for 7 days in a row. Subsequently I get the "needs attention" warning on my rest days. Can rest days be factored in? No one should be doing full on training for 7 days in a row.
The other thing is the sleep time. I know this has been raised before but sometimes people DO need to get extra sleep on some nights. Illness, sick children the night before etc. It's not right that this negatively impacts the sleep score. To an extent, yes, but not an extra hour or so. Garmin handles this well and just gives you a suggestion that "you need a little more/less sleep tonight".
Maybe this could be incorporated. It's just a little too rigid. Life is not structured although I wish it was!

There is definitely an issue with the activity level. On my rest days it's telling me that 29 minutes is excessive... and I should reduce it to an hour? Please can this be fixed and include the option to add rest days so your score is not impacted by doing the right thing for your body and taking recoverydays? @samsungclaudette.
