Does anyone else have an issue opening Samsung Health app?
I have Galaxy S23 Ultra, and was trying to open Samsung Health app yesterday, but showing that the app is not available in my country or region (Australia) which is quite strange, it is the first time I had this problem.
If anyone could give me some advice will be greatly appreciated.

Did you buy from Samsung Australia or one of the following Australian retailers

Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, Amazon, Officeworks, Bing Lee, Woolworths, David Jones, Myer, Costco, BIG W, Target, Radio Rentals, RT Edwards, Retravision, Betta and Australia Post

If someone else or from overseas please advise. My Samsung S23 FE has no problems with it.

It's to do with the 3G shut down and 4G volte system.

No it is usually due to what country the member is registered in or a phone bought in another country and some workarounds sometimes help. Even before 3G Samsung Australia does not support phones not bought from approved Australian sources and the Play Store content varies from country to country.

Thank you. This is a new twist for me. When models are sold by telcos they sometimes are given a different model number. Play Store differs in content from country to country and apps in each country version differ. Play Store usually recognises a phone model based on its approved model number. I don't know how this is fixed when there is a glitch but I suggest you note down the model number carefully and use one of the support options found when, on the Community page, bottom right you click on Support.I suggest start with the phone call option then ask them to fix by remoting in. I don't expect them to agree because an app isn't normally an area they cover but worth trying.

Another thing you can try is to find a really cheap Vodafone sim (in my case, for a different reason I bought a 7 day Optus sim for $12) and test against that sim, or go to a Vodafone shop, if available, and ask them to check AND download it.

Another thing you can also try is to use a VPN, you can find one that has, say, a server in New Zealand. You can usually get a one week free trial but check whether they have a server in NZ first. Connecting via the NZ VPN connection search for the app in the NZ version of Play Store and see if it will allow the download.

You have certain legal rights other than a Vodafone warranty and these include the Australian Government warranty (Google this). You can find lots of this if, on the main Community page, top right, you search for warranty or consumer affairs.

PREFER STARTING HERE. You can also try finding the app on Google and temporarily set your phone to accept apps not in Play Store, say by allowing Chrome. Use searching under Settings (or Google on how to do this).

Please keep me informed because another option is to try to escalate your problem within Samsung.
