I was using a Samsung note 9 before and it was able to track steps when connected to Bluetooth device. However I now have an s23 ultra and it won't track steps if Bluetooth is connected. As soon as I turn off the Bluetooth device the phone is able to track steps again. Anyone know how to fix this?
