What's a point for promotion for members from last 4 days samsung online store checkout failing .I called on 1300 to samsung press 4 .customer care representative told me call again on same no and press 4,no solution .portion expired yesterday 6/2/24 .I can't use your portion ,I tried for last 4 days,tried my friends different cards even different devices to order no success.donot send promotion to members.i got s23 ultra to trade in,now I am stuck with s23ultra.
