Samsung Smart SwitchJust had update to smart switch.
Use it to sync my Outlook 2016 calendar on computer (Win 10, 64 bit) to my S20FE via USB cable.
Working perfectly until update. Have been syncing various samsung phones for years.
Now will not SYNC since update. Has a very different Smart Switch screen also.
Either it says there is a problem in Outlook or it shuts down.
Have deleted from phone and computer and reloaded, same problem.
Very suspicious of this smart switch update.

Samsung Smart SwitchSamsung had made an error, and they corrected the link. Here is their email to me. Downloaded it, checked, and it works fine with S22 / windows 10 and Outlook now.
We are sorry for wrong link.

Samsung Smart Switchmmm,
I'm just trying that and the first run through it appeared to work. Second time it is going SO SLOW. I try it a couple more times. The first time I got this update a couple of weeks ago the same thing happened. I'm not convinced it's fixed yet.

Samsung Smart SwitchGood afternoon, I found this problem with my S20 FE and the latest update of Smartswitch.
I have uninstalled with IOBit Uninstaller and installed the 2021-08 version.
I have just successfully synced the phone and outlook 2016.

Samsung Smart SwitchHad trouble as described but now seems to be syncing well.
ONE CAUTION: If you sync Contacts then go back to sync Calendar, the clicking the button does not change the selections on the right side (for instance, if Contacts was synced and the right side gives Contacts options, then Calendar is clicked on and Contacts clicked off, the right side menu does not change. Click beside the word Contact or Calendar to get the right side to update. I don't know why and discovered it by accident but it seems to allow each to be done separately.

Samsung Smart SwitchI have Samsung switch version 4.3.22122_1, updated 19-11-2022, on both my PC (Win 10) and laptop (Win 11). Switch still doesn't work on PC (Win 10), but works on my laptop (Win 11). My office package is 365 and fully updated on both machines.

Samsung Smart Switchusing Outlook 365 and W10. Started sync and it asked me to update Smart Switch on my phone. I did and tried to sync again and it still asked me to update smart switch on my phone. Rebooted phone, checked for updates and tried to sync again, same result.

Samsung Smart SwitchHey @PGROSSJR47
I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analyzed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
Kind Regards,
SamsungClaudette

Samsung Smart SwitchTried Smart Switch today and it failed. There was NO way to bypass the SW update which is a red flag all by itself and goes against the old adage that if ain't broke don't fix it. And this clearly demonstrates why that old adage holds true to this day. It wasn't broke, but now it most certainly is.
Would be happy to submit a report with logs but have no idea what this "Samsung Members app" is that is at the start of the process. As if we have nothing better to do than to tinker and tweak at these constant software FUs.
